❓ Who is this event for?This event is open to individuals of all ages and all types of disabilities — physical, cognitive, or developmental. Whether it’s your first time on the water or you’re a returning participant, you’re welcome!
❓ How much does it cost?The event is 100% free to participants, but we do ask for a $40 refundable deposit to secure your spot. Deposits are refunded on the day of the event (upon request) or can be donated to help fund future adaptive ski programs.
❓ What time does the event run?Exact session times will be assigned after registration, but the event will run from approximately 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. A lunch break will be provided for all participants and volunteers around noon.

One-on-one instruction from certified adaptive ski instructors
All necessary adaptive water ski and safety equipment
Safety jet skis and boats
Lunch for participants and volunteers
A welcoming and supportive environment focused on fun and inclusion
❓ How do I register?To register:
Submit your $40 refundable deposit online
Complete the registration form, including emergency contact and participant details
Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged!
❓ What if I need to cancel?Please let us know at least 72 hours in advance if you need to cancel. This allows us to offer your spot to someone on the waitlist. Cancellations made with proper notice are eligible for a full deposit refund.
❓ Is prior water skiing experience required?Not at all! Most of our participants are first-time skiers. Our trained volunteers and adaptive equipment are designed to accommodate all experience and ability levels.
❓ Can family or caregivers attend?Absolutely! Spectators are welcome and encouraged to come cheer on their loved ones. Memorial Beach offers great viewing areas and space to relax by the lake.
❓ What should I bring?
A swimsuit and towel
Sunscreen and any personal medical items you may need
A great attitude and willingness to try something new!All skiing and safety gear will be provided by us.
