About the New England Water Ski Collective

Founded in 2019, the New England Water Ski Collective (formerly known as Webster Water Ski Collective) has grown from a small local group into a leading nonprofit organization promoting water skiing across Central Massachusetts. What began on the shores of Webster Lake has expanded to include regular sessions on Webster, Charlton and Oxford lakes, with our Competition Team and Adaptive Ski Program traveling to multiple ponds and ski sites throughout the region.

We are committed to making water skiing accessible, inclusive, and inspiring for people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. Whether you’re a brand-new skier, a tournament-level athlete, or part of the adaptive community, our mission is the same: to foster confidence, growth, and connection through the joy of skiing.   

From relaxed family ski nights to high-performance training and adaptive events, the Collective offers a welcoming environment where everyone has a place on the water.
